EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO FOUNDER:

Manage scheduling for company executive(s)

Draft, review and send communications to partners and friends of organization on behalf of company & its executive(s)

Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings

Organize and plan quarterly board meetings & record notes of meeting

Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive(s)

Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

Coordinate travel arrangements

Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

Support executive(s) in case management work with residents of Bochy's Place which will include but not limited to, doctors appointments, legal filings, drivers licenses, social security numbers, college courses online, GED, etc.

Support the founder and CEO with errands, time management, fundraisers, partner communication etc.

Set appointments, confirm meetings for day to day engagements.

Review contracts, agreements and engagement requirements then summarize and deliver to executive(s) for approval.

Perform minor accounting functions

Support needs of the day to day operations of the safe-house by supporting the needs of the founder and executive director ability to run the home efficiently.

Bochy's Place is a safe home for girls rescued from Sex Trafficking. We provide a Christ-centered, trauma-informed, family environment where survivors of sex trafficking find healing.
Bochy’s three part mission is as follows:
RESCUE-Partnering with authorities and rescue focused organizations to recover and free victims and provide Emergency Trauma Care.
RESTORE-Restoring survivors at each step in their journey, with safe homes, community facilities, and support groups, providing long term, trauma informed care programs.
EMPOWER-Community initiatives that educate and inspire activation; preventing new victims and surrounding survivors with a community committed to her protection and restoration.
